Why Support this Annual Campaign?
Donations are a critical source of revenue for the hospital allowing resources for new technology and enhancements of our facilities. Your contribution makes our hospital stronger and helps secure its future for yourself, your family and the people in our community.
What will my gift support?
You may choose to have your gift support one of the following major fundraising initiatives:
Unrestricted
Unrestricted gifts will help the area of the hospital that is in greatest need.
Expansion of surgical services for outpatient procedures
This year we will be constructing an additional ambulatory procedure room to bring our total to 5 rooms.
Laboratory Services
In 2010, our laboratory will be implementing fully automated state of the art Chemistry Analyzer Systems, replacing our current system which requires manual specimen handling.
Ear, Nose & Throat surgical equipment
New surgical equipment for Ear, Nose & Throat procedures will provide us with updated medical technology for our ENT surgeons.
Case management emergency fund
Provides financial assistance to patients for transportation & prescriptions.
Donor Recognition…
All donors will be listed in the annual donor listing and on our donor wall of recognition, located across from the physicians lounge.
All donors of $50 or more will receive an Anna Jaques Hospital tote bag. Which can be picked up in the foundation office.
